The OeAD Housing Office (OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH) provides accomodation (flats or places in student halls of residence) for visiting professors and scientists in Vienna.

The Austrian Student Union (ÖH - Österreichische Hochschülerschaft) offers information about law of tenancy and financial issues in a publicaton which can be ordered free of charge: "Studying and accomodation".
