Paper Submissions
Students who would like to participate in the conference must hand in a two-page-paper describing their work and their research results until February 15, 2010.
The paper (PDF) must be submitted via the conference submission system.
Please note that the conference submission system is a two-step-process.
First, using the abstract submission interface, you submit a short abstract (70-120 words) which summarizes the main points of the paper you plan to hand in. The system will then provide you with an ID and a password.
Secondly, once you have received the ID and the password, you can then access the paper submission interface to upload the file of your complete paper.
The JSC 10 abstract format must be used:
- page size: A4, number of pages: exactly two (2).
- The title should be concise, do not use acronyms.
- Bibliographic references must be included.
- Please list the name and contact information of the faculty mentor.
- Guidelines for MS Word: jsc_guidelines.pdf, jsc_template.dot
- LATEX-Stylesheets: jsc_latex_template.zip (includes jsc.sty and a usage example)
The papers are reviewed by a scientific committee which will render its decision by early March 2010. The accepted students will then receive an e-mail notification which contains further information on how to confirm one's participation in the JSC 2010.
